District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC)

DELAC Purpose

The district has established a functioning District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) on programs and services for English Learners. The purpose of the DELAC shall be to provide parents of English Learners opportunities to advise the Keppel Union School District Superintendent and the governing board regarding their District Master Plan for Service for English Learners. Conduct an on-going review of the District Master Plan and recommend modifications in the plan to reflect changing needs and priorities.
