Notice of Data Breach - Statewide Assessment System

We were recently notified by the California Department of Education (CDE) about a statewide data breach involving an unauthorized third party accessing student data through Educational Testing Service (ETS). ETS oversees California state testing including the CAASPP and ELPAC. Please click on this link for additional information from ETS. 

To support affected families, ETS is offering 2 years of complimentary identity-protection services through Experian IdentityWorks (enrollment deadline: March 19, 2027). You can review official updates at www.cde.ca.gov/ets.
